Well what do u know!
After an hour of tryin different yoga with adrian videos on utube I finally got on the treadmill! I did a 15min warm up as I'm feelin a few niggles in my body ,im so glad I done it!
Im so cuffed with myself I completed it! Mind u with a little help from queens Bohemian rhapsody , it start playin just as i was entering my last 5min run , turns out its just over 5mins long so was perfect 👌 😉
I found this run challenging ,I took everyones advice and brought my pace down to 4.5 walking and 5.5 for the running part I think this really helped
