First walk on new foot, a bit further than last Wednesday, I know its not a lot but still nursing blisters, speed quite slow (average moving speed 2.9mph) but increasing speed on treadmill slowly, nearly up to fast walking pace, will have to try slow jogging as per John w's post earlier.

Keep pushing onwards folks.

Slow but steady will get you there in the end - you're doing great. Outside is always slower than inside (unless on a track) because it is a different feel but doing both is a good way to go.

Woohoo, new foot! Progressing nicely there, sorry you're still dealing with blisters, but it sounds like you're doing great.

That’s great progress! And I’m sure you don’t need me to say (but I’m going to say it anyway!) that speed doesn’t matter at all - what’s important is going the speed that’s right for you. ;)

Do keep reminding me about pushing too much, patience is about my biggest failing, I need to be reminded.👍
