I had to give up at Wk6 R3 a few weeks ago with a sore piriformis. Just started back and I did Wk3,R2 today. It’s a shame to go back but I feel I’ve pitched it right to build myself up again. I really hope I can complete it this time. I got some good physio advice to strengthen my muscles and hip area.
I’ve missed Laura’s voice. I hope she does other motivational stuff. I feel I can do anything when she’s encouraging me.
