Ran past a neighbour today but she was out 😀. But did manage to find a nice route on some green grass for my Take 2 W2 R2
This time I’m much more relaxed and just enjoying each run. No pressure. First running 90 seconds was tough (cold air more difficult?) and then I remembered it gets easier so kept going and sure enough it was fine.
Does feel odd second time with C25K but the forum makes it worthwhile 🌲💖
