May seem like a miracle but it's really a combination of a great plan and your hard work. Well done!

To answer the title of your post: "consolidation"!

Congratulations on graduating 👏🏻👏🏻🏅🥳 🥳 it’s a great feeling, well done !

What next is entirely up to you, have you reached 5k? If not, make that your next goal by gradually increasing your distance. If you’ve already reached it, you can try improving your time or increasing your distance gradually to 10k.

Download the Nike Run Club app, it’s great for consolidation runs, there a lots of coached runs on there of various times and distances, it’s free and you can use your own playlist just like C25k 👍

What's next? More running of course! But for now, a little celebration is in order. Well done.
