This is my first post here, but since this is probably the run I'm proudest of so far I thought it was the perfect time to say hello! It's been a full week since I did Run 1, the longest break I've taken between runs since starting the programme. I considered repeating Run 1 again but I decided just to give the second one a go and I actually managed to do it! I was definitely flagging a bit by the end but I managed to keep running for the full 8 minutes both times.
It's amazing to me how quickly I'm able to recover during the walking bits. That being said, I'm a little nervous about Run3 and not having any recovery walks, but I'm doing my best to try and turn those nerves into excitement instead!
Cheers, Jess

Well done suljes38 @ you've done brilliantly! Your next run needs a good positive attitude and you'll do it, no problem! ...ooh and to go slow too, that's how I got through it 🤩Good luck 🍀🍀
Well done, you've got this far, so you'll be fine, everyone worries about the w5r3, but the programme has got you ready for it, and you'll surprise yourself, good luck anyway!
Hello Jess and welcome! Magical isn’t it! Well done on your progress so far. Natural to feel nervous, and perhaps excited at the same time. Remember that everything you’ve achieved so far will enable you through this next run. Cheering you on 🎉 and wishing you an enjoyable run 🏃♀️
You'll be OK, just stay with positive thoughts. I remember my early days running and repeating out aloud "you can do this cause your a runner".... I can't imagine what anyone that might of heard me was thinking 😂🤣
But who cares we're runners and they're probably not!!
