WK5R3 is there an explanation for why this run is such a big increase at this half way point? Is it a mind over matter 'test' ? I'm curious.

The runs you've been completing prior to this run coolfemme have been building your stamina via run/walk techniques, you've ran similar times but with interval breaks. With this next run remember pacing, don't go off too quickly, better to hold a little back for those later minutes 👍 good luck

Take it slow. Ignore the gremlins. You'll be fine. Enjoy it, especially the feeling once you've finished.

It's a 9 week programme designed to have you running (JOGGING!) 30 mins, 3 times in Week 9.
Work backwards from that and decide for yourself at what point you'd ditch the walking breaks. It's an interesting exercise 👍😎

It felt like a mind over matter test for me! So as mentioned in another post, I decided to forget about running for 20 minutes, in favour of running for 5 minutes, four times in succession, without stopping in between. And hey presto, it worked!
