Other nhs apps with laura

Im unable to run at the moment. I did see and download another app with Laura to do exercises whilst walking but I cant find it on my phone. Can anyone help?

Strength and Flex.It is linked to in the guide to the plan and also had its own HealthUnlocked forum.
