Despite a phone call half way through my warm up walk that put me off my stride, nagging doubts - did I go for a wee before I left?? coupled with a terrible playlist and the sun glaring in my eyes, I completed w5 r3 with no issues at all, I’ve really surprised myself (in a good way!)
It’s so encouraging to know there are other people just like me out there, non runners just having a go, giving it their best shot and succeeding!!! Keeeeeeeepp runninggggg

Well done, that 20 min run is a big hurdle, those week 9 runs, not far away now! I think most people on here, are still very new to running, or havent done it, for a long time, so we're all in the same boat, good luck with week 6. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
