Thanks to the fantastic encouragement and advice of the experienced folks on this forum I slowed down a bit today and decided to be more positive and less hard on myself - I surprised myself and actually found the run a lot better and not so exhausting - wouldn't go so far as to say I'm enjoying it though, but definitely feeling that it is manageable and weirdly looking forward to r3
