I haven't run for years and have finally been given the OK by my GP to start again. Was dreading this run as every one I asked said how hard it was but I did it. Not only did I do it but I did it in the torrential rain and wind on the seafront so I didn't exactly make it easy on myself. I felt absolutely amazing once it was done

Now that you've well & truly overcome the biggest mental challenge in the program (along with starting W1R1) you have NOTHING else to fear as you head towards the final straight.
