Thanks for all the advice on my previous post! I repeated week 4 run 2, this morning in the pouring rain, determined to complete it. Happy to report, I did it without any of the shin pain suffered last time out. I slowed it right down and concentrated on my foot landing correctly. I did all the recommended stretches when I got back, still have no pain whatsoever. I'm so pleased, felt like a real set back last time out, and I thought this pain was going to happen every time. π ππ Fingers crossed Fridays run will be as successful! π€π»
