How annoying, just about to start week 5 and have to self isolate due to contact with a positive case. Asaaaaaaagh so I had to jog on the spot indoors yesterday, I don’t want to lose the fitness I’ve achieved over this period in time.

Do some indoor strength work.As stated in the guide to the plan, healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you lose no significant condition in the first two weeks of non running.
After that loss of condition is gradual.
