Well I started this morning - Day 1 and I have to say I had a smile on my face when I finished. It was a bit longer than I first thought it would be, but OK. I felt I was rather “ploddy “ with my technique (have I got a technique?) if you know what I mean. Will do stretching and am looking forward to Thursday.
