W4R2 completed this morning

It felt very similar to my W4R1. I followed the same route and reached the same point at the end of the last run, so I guess my pace must have been similar.

My main goal is finishing the runs, I'm not "too" focussed on pace. I listen to Laura who constantly tells me to take it easy (but as I used to work in business intelligence / data analysis it's hard to resist checking the numbers)

W4R3 coming up later this week (probably Thursday), I will report back to you all!

John

Well done! You’re pretty much halfway through the programme! 👏👏👏

It’s good that you’re not too focussed on your pace, it really doesn’t matter as you are building stamina and endurance.

Having said that I did wish I had the data from my earlier runs in the programme. I graduated in July and now log data from all my runs onto a spreadsheet, but I didn’t start recording it until Week 7. It just would have been nice to be able to compare! 😊

Well done! And pace... you do know that slow runners live longer than fast runners?
