After 4 days rest due to a full schedule, I completed W9 R1 this morning and actually think it felt easier than it would have done with just one or two days rest. It might be just my mind playing tricks, but I'll take that! I can't really believe I'm two runs away from graduating which will be the best Christmas present 2020 could possibly bring! I am determined to keep going after so would be interested to know what others have done post grad.

Well done! I graduated in late November, so just a bit ahead.

In the pinned posts above you should see Roseabi’s Consolidation Club, where you can get advice on next steps.

For me it’s involved a few weeks of just enjoying a routine of 30-min runs. I’ve played around with pace, breathing and routes... all non-targets, just experimenting. I’m now 9 runs in to this phase and am just now starting to build up to 5k from 4K (where I was at graduation). I think I’ll be there for Xmas. I joined Bridge to 10k forum. It’s great to see what others are doing and for getting the same fantastic community support. I’ve joined in some of the daft festive-bingo challenges there, which has been fun.

My next step, maybe for new year, I think, will be to follow Ju-Ju’s Magic Plan, which over a number of weeks builds to either 10k (on the distance version) or 60 mins (time). There are other options, of course, depending on your priorities.
