Haven’t posted since my first 5k a few weeks ago, but I have been enjoying reading about everyone’s running adventures. I have been steadily plodding along doing 30mins, 4ks, first zombie run and trying the guided runs on NRC - have been enjoying the variety.
Yesterday I decided to try the stepping stones podcast again - which I hated last time as it saw the return of the 🍅 face, it was a hot mess.
But that was almost 3 weeks ago and 🎬 2 was a different story. I managed to keep in time with the beat for the whole run, I was able to control my nerves and my breathing and stay relaxed. I felt amazing 🤩. And I went faster!
Still not really my cup of tea but will definitely drop it in now and again.
Planning my next 5k tomorrow, gonna take a new route, fingers crossed 🤞
