Only just over 3.5K today. It was the middle 10 minutes again that were tough. Plus I think there were a few more inclines on this new route. But still over 3.5zk.

I was a bit disappointed the sun came out this morning. In a crazy way I was looking forward to my first crisp morning run. Perhaps it will be a crisp dark run next week instead.

Loving this running lark.

I bought some kit yesterday - well Mrs R chose her own Christmas presents in Pandora, so I can do the same in Decathlon. Next Friday I'm going to Runners Need for gait analysis and new running shoes - yipee! Getting serious now...
