Dark, 2 degrees, windy and spitting with rain. I was dog tired, but I did it.
Have lost nearly 3 Stone this year and this graduation is just the cherry on the cake.
I've never achieved anything sport related in my life, at 36 the most exercise I got was a good long walk with the dog or running for the bus.
Now I can jog for 30 mins solid and have signed up for a family 2K with the kids for March.
Managed to do the programme without failing a single run, that's probably my biggest mental achievement as there were times I wanted to tell myself that I couldn't do it and give up and I pushed through.
Sadly I'm still only at 3.8K in the 30 mins, but hey, it's a journey and I can now work on the goal of doing the 5K in 30 mins.
For those still working at it, keep following the steps. Don't ever give up, even if you have to complete a run at a crawl do it!

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, don't worry about that 3.8K in 30 minutes, the main thing is that you ran 3/30 minute runs and completed the course, now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement.
Just grabbed it, looks really impressive. Can't seem to get the guided runs on my Apple Watch though, which is a shame as I hate taking my iPhone out with me on a run.
But yes, I do need to set myself new goals and keep myself active now I've done C25K. Too easy to slip back into old habits otherwise!
I use an armband for my phone, mine is an MPOW one, quite reasonable on eBay they’re comfortable and sturdy, and you hardly know your phones there, one for your Xmas list 👍
