I’m so happy. It was absolutely fine. I would slow a little if feeling my legs getting a little tired but then want to slightly speed back to that pace anyway. Key advice is to not struggle and slow down as required. You will get through and it will have gone so fast!!! 😬😬

Thank you so much. Yes, it’s amazing and everybody can do it! Not sure about doing it again but let’s see! At the end I was told to do the run again before starting the next week, is that recommended or can I just carry on as the plan is?
🤔 that's strange, mine never told me that. No, you can just carry on. Be warned though, even though we r1 is a split run with a walk break, it will feel hard after the straight run. Just keep with the slow and steady and you'll be fine though 👍🏻

The whole run was ticking off milestones:- I had got to 10mins, wow, never ran for 10 mins before
- I got to 15 mins, wow, 15 mins, only 5mins to go and I’ve been doing that for weeks now
