First day back on the couch to 5k after a long lay off with a calf strain, seems to take longer to mend the older you get, started back at week 1, wanted to build myself up slowly but really enjoyed it and it went well, onward and upward.

Yes good luck getting back into it, and well advised to start at week one again and build up to avoid any more injuries.
