W6R3, well the demon from Saturday has been exorcised (exorcised?). Not going to claim it was easy, and it certainly wasn't fast, but it's done as my legs are now reminding me.
Have come to the conclusion that morning running just isn't working for me, so it was a night time run, half a banana before I set off and a slightly amended route. It wasn't supposed to be an amended route but I was flagging by the top of the hill so I turned round and went back down instead of carrying on for a couple of hundred metres before heading for home.
So all in all I'm feeling quite chuffed with myself, nearly 51 and 50lbs overweight, now onto week 7 and let's see if I can repeat it

Theres the teeniest bit of method in my madness, my nightime running route is a (tiny) part of the local 10k, and it's my goal for next year. Sadly all the flat is country park and totally unlit, so I'm reduced to pounding tarmac in the evenings.
