Early start🤣🤣🤣

Set off nice and early this morning to get my 4 k run in before route became too populated with children walking to school and dog walkers. Nice to be out in the still silent 🥶 cold air. Not a car or tractor out this morning. Got my first 4 k done since I fell back in October. Still running with my splint on my arm especially this morning as there was ice around.

Feeling chuffed to get back to 4 k just a little bit more to get to 5 k then maybe onto 10 k after Christmas. 🎄🎄🎄🎄☃️☃️☃️☃️ 🤣🤣🤣

Such a lovely time to run when the day is so fresh and quiet, well done Scuff and so glad you’re doing well after your fall and injury. Enjoy that chuffed feeling 🤗
