I've just completed W4R1 and felt ok - I'm very slow but I did it!

Is it OK to do a power walk on the rest day or is that not enough "rest"?

Also, can you do other aerobic activities on the rest day such as cycling? (I'm slow at that too!)

As stated in the guide to the plan, any non impact exercise on your test days will be beneficial.

Thank you but I'm still a bit unclear - is walking and cycling regarded as non-impact?

Yes, as stated in the guide to the plan.
