After a few weeks of no running due to sciatica. I managed to start my week 8 and ran my 28 mins no problems and 2.22 miles. I was so happy . Not a great distance but I am chuffed

Well done! Sciatica is so evil so well done for resting up, listening to your body and most of for getting back out there! Take it easy and good luck with the rest of the programme, you’re so close to graduating! 🏃🏻‍♀️🙌🏼
