Just finished run 2 week 1, this is my second attempt at couch to 5k, really hoping to keep my motivation this time! 🤞

Well done Giggletowiggle, that's two runs closer to run 3 week 9, you've got yourself out there💪, I started about this time last year 2nd time it's easier in the cooler weather... Just get the levels of clothing correct and hey we'll see you week 9 run 3

Well done on getting out there and starting it again Giggletowiggle! As Imc50 said, the cooler weather is so much easier to run in.
