Well done! This is a massive week 3 /25min runs. .. how did you find it?

I'm starting week 7 tomorrow. .found the 25 mins on last run of week 6 not too bad. . But to do it 3 times. . Did it get tougher as the runs went on?

Good luck with week 8. .so close to finishing 👍💪

I actually found it ok. 1 and 2 were really good and i felt great after. The final one of the three was a good run but i did ache a bit more after. Still feel good for finishing them though. Interested to see how the 28 minute runs are going to work out.

Do keeps us posted on how your week 7 goes. It is a big week.

Well done mg, i'm at same stage as you, week 8, run 1, tomorrow. The weeks seem to go by so fast, cant believe it's just 6 more runs, to the finish!

Good luck with your 28 min runs!

That's just great! I'm on w7 and going out to do r2 today. I was also surprised I could do 25mins but it was very slow, although I sped up and tried a short sprint for last 30 seconds. I felt a bit achey next day but energised. Do you recover well from your runs?

Best wishes for your remaining runs.

Good luck on W7. On paper it does look terrifying but you can do it. Well done on actually managing to seed up on the last minute. I always plan to but by the time I get to that part I haven't really got it in me.

I do tend to recover pretty well. I run in the late afternoon or early evening and my legs ache that evening and a little in my back. I can only imagine my posture is not the best. Also, I think I might need to get decent running shoes. I got some pretty cheap ones to start with not knowing if I was going to actually get past week one. But now the distances are getting pretty long I think its time to invest. Im sure this could also be a reason for some of the aches.

Well done again on getting to week 7. Looking back its been a fun, tough and emotional journey all at the same time.
