Back in Feb I started a journey that I knew was going to be tough and that I would probably give up mid way. End of Oct, there’s 5.5st less of me and I’m achieving runs of 30’-35’. In my mid 40’s I’m in better shape that I was in my teens or early 20’s and I’m still going. I no longer ache when I get up from a sofa, I no longer lose my breath every time I go up an incline and every day I’m looking forward to finish work and get out for a long walk or run (not to mention how my wife is enjoying my new form 😁😉).
It’s hard, it’s painful but it’s totally worth it. Next target, 10k!

Congratulations torolos01, it’s a great achievement, well done 👏🏻👏🏻🏅🥳🥳 try the Nike Run Club App for your consolidation runs, I used it to increase my distance to 10k and eventually even 13k👍
