Can’t believe that I’ve just ran for 25 minutes ! I’ve been struggle with a shin splint for the past month or so but I had to complete week 6. I’m gonna take a break for a week to let it heal and I’m in over my head at work, on my feet all day so I think it’s well needed. My right shin has been killing me when I walk but the pain disappears when I run so I thought that I’d complete week 6 just to make the pain a bit worse for the next week of being on my feet all day 😅

Well ✔, its a great feeling isn't it, and although you may not relize it, you are an inspiration for others, as injury is one of those things that shows character. Great workout. Keep going 🏃♂️

You deserve a short break from running, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, after a short break it's onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs, by the way you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, enjoy your week off running.
