I tried to take it easy this morning as everyone warns us - Week 6 can trip you up.
Well, I welcomed the walk breaks today.
I guess it may be because I ran on Thursday night so I so I actually had less than 48 hours recovery that it felt a tad harder.
It was my second run in just a T-Shirt (and joggers!) since early September and it felt better not cooking so much.
Run 2 on Monday evening then a deserved 2 day break.
I am off on Thursday so will try a morning run again to set me up for a long weekend.
Weather not looking too good for the end of the week though - perhaps it will cool me down.
