I actually got on well today! Ran a while extra after was finished. Then did 5 min walk at end.
Today ate 90 minutes before run. And managed to ward off any stitches threatening me!

Well done for finishing week 1! I actually found week 2 suited me a bit more as the extra time on the running sections meant I could get into running a bit more before stopping to walk again. I think everyone has different weeks that they find hard but trust the programme and you’ll be fine!! ☺️

Every week can be as much of a challenge as you want to make it............run at the recommended easy conversational pace and it is fine, push hard and it will be tough.
well done for week one completion. If you go slow you should have no problem with week two .
