It’s been a while since I posted on the group so hello everyone. I graduated last year but due to my work load and dark nights I reverted back to the couch. Working from home at times has got be going again and I am back to week 7. All is going well with no failures so far. The winters on its way again so I need some major focus for when the real park run comes back.

Hi wappingdave, similar story here, graduated last year, but life has got in the way, yada-yada-yada, and here I am, about to start w2. I am curious, is it getting easier now when you know what’s what?
In my experience the second (or third time) through, the first few weeks become very easy because you've already got some fitness from the last time you did it. The longer runs are more of a challenge, but if you completed before you have the discipline and experience to do it again.

Certainly because as you know most of it is in the mind. You have already conditioned that so just enjoy. I love it
