The run I was slightly apprehensive about regardless if I had run 20 mins the previous week. I ran at a later time so I could choose a different route to help keep my mind busy. I won't lie at points it was tough to keep telling my legs to move but I kept steady. The feeling afterwards is pure exhilaration. I also ran 4.1k which I haven't done in over 10 years. Now for two days rest before I see what week 7 has in store for me. I can't believe that the end of program is in sight! Happy running everyone

Well done! Heading into W6 certainly feels like a turning point in the programme and it sounds like you smashed it and with a great distance too! 🙌🏼
Keep going, the rest of the programme is in the bag 😎👊🏼
