Was trying to talk myself out of it tonight as it’s a lot colder but glad I made the effortπŸ˜€ I’ve checked the rest of the runs up to week 9 and it’s continuous running after the warm up cool down walk - looking forward to the challenge and see how I fit I am πŸ€”

Congratulations on completing all the runs with walking intervals, from now on, non stop runs, once you have completed run 3 of week 6 you will be very proud of yourself and you will be officially a runner. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ

Really wow 🀩 - I am so pleased I decided to do this it’s been so good for my mental wellbeing and hopefully I may lose some weight and get fitter - it’s a win win for me πŸ™Œ

Alisonjb Tell yourself slow steady and relaxed, you've got this, those run only sections are nice, remember it's not a race, relax into the run πŸ‘

Thank you imc50 I do go slow and steady - I see people run by me but I am not going to break any records for the moment lol 😝

Well done, keep going, no stopping you now! You'll soon be used to no walking breaks, once i get over the first 5 mins, actualy prefer it.

Thank you Peter44 I think πŸ€” I am going to prefer just a run with no breaks - I will keep you posted if I feel the same way in week 9 πŸ˜€

Well done Alisonjb, you’ll soon get used to continuous running, just concentrate on getting your breathing into a rhythm, don’t set off to quick and your legs will carry you through with no problems. Nice to here your looking forward to the rest of your C25k journey πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
