Congratulations on completing all the runs with walking intervals, from now on, non stop runs, once you have completed run 3 of week 6 you will be very proud of yourself and you will be officially a runner. ๐ ๐๐พ

Well done, keep going, no stopping you now! You'll soon be used to no walking breaks, once i get over the first 5 mins, actualy prefer it.
