Wow whoever thought this would be easy !! I’m getting slower and it’s getting harder !
Dam you rain, mud, leaves and dark mornings !!
I’m not going to get hung up and just keep plodding on 20-30 mins when I can. Managed just 1.6 miles today and was seriously hard !! But considering how hard week 1 was that’s still pretty awesome for me !
To all you slow plodders out there ...keep plodding!

It’s fine honestly! To be expected too. Slow runs are what builds your body up. Run slow and steady and avoid injury. As you keep going you will get fitter and stronger. Oh yes! 💪👍🙂
Haven’t been graduated for long and it feels as though I’ve got a little bit lost, need to get into a new routine as it’s getting darker earlier, but I’m still getting out there as you are, so we’re still winning 🙌
