After sore knees following my W3R1 rested for 2 days before completing W3R2.

Followed Sanjeev’s advice on running style and no aching knees.

Apparently I was running like a kangaroo.

Shuffling is ok, don’t knock it. Whatever gets you round 🙂

I shuffled for ages - in fact on my first ten mile race I was still shuffling.

When you get stronger you will notice your feet off the ground. It takes a while though before we can show a clean pair of heels. The knees too have to be stronger as that cycling action that are told about is hard to achieve. great when we finally get there though. So, keep plugging away 💪👍
