Didnt think i could have done it looking back on how far i have came from wk1run1. Came across yourNHSprogramme during lockdown.

Your new Graduate badge is very shiny 😎,
Well done on graduating. Doesn’t it feel great?! Have you been out since graduation? 😊
yes I have been back out twice this week doing 30 min runs although not fast I shall do another run tomorrow and that shall be 3 runs a week. I know I haven't managed to reach 5k though. I dont have a garmin watch or anything so I have no way of telling how fast or distance etc.
There is no obligation to reach 5k - running for 30 mins is the goal and you’ve done that multiple times. I’ve only done 5k a handful of times and I graduated 2 months ago. Slow and steady Is the way to go. Stamina builds slowly and by running slowly. Don’t worry about hitting 5k because very few people do this soon after graduation. I think the statistic is about 10% of grads that achieve 5k straightaway and I certainly wasn’t in that ‘club’.
Keep enjoying yourself - that’s the most important thing in my view. 😊😊
Did wk9run1again Jetsnana listening to Laura.
