Sharing the early morning with some rowers. Whatever else this exercise lark has given me it has provided a greater appreciation for the dawn and the seasons, even those rainy cold mornings provide an affirmation that you are alive. Mornings like today are simply good for the soul.
Proving that W5R3 was not an adrenaline fueled fluke is also good for the soul and I am pleased to tick off another positive affirmation that I can do this. While 30 minutes still sounds like an incredibly long time and I have wistfully waved goodbye to runs with walking breaks today tells me I can do this.
Like so many before me I am stunned that I have gone from 1 minute, I am going to die runs, to todays effort. A huge thank you to Josh Clark what a legend.
Although some way in the distance the finish line has come into sight.
