Any advice on combining C25K with a light kettlebell regime?

Just got back into proper exercise after recovering from a head injury. I’m now on W3 and decided to add a light kettlebell regime after my 3 runs a week to ensure help my bone density. Thought it’s better to do the kettlebells on my run days so that the muscles can recover on non run days. Any advice, folks?

I don't know anything about kettlebells, but I imagine they are a non-impact form of exercise? On that basis you should be fine to do them on your rest days, between runs. Equally, there will be no harm doing them on the same day. Taking at least one full rest day per week is a good idea though. So with all that flexibility, hopefully life won't get in the way!!!
