Lovely morning for a run! Dodgy ankle taped up with pretty pink tape, brand new trail shoes laced up and I’m ready to go! I picked a slightly different route today just for variation and had a really enjoyable run. The new shoes must have helped as I did a pb - almost 1 min/km off my previous times! 🤣🙌

I think they must be magic! They were so comfy I could have carried on 🤣👍 but I’m trying to be sensible with an achy ankle 😇
