W5R3 oof!!!!! That was first time it felt hard. Not looking fwd to W6. I think I got over confident and didn’t go slow enough.

Yes! V true. Got us this far. 🤞🏼Just got to concentrate and not get ahead of myself thinking I’m fitter than I am 😱😎😂😂😂

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊.

Well done! And a lesson learned too. Going slower at the start means you still have something left in the tank at the end.

You're now allowed to go around grinning for the rest of the day and have a free ticket to bore the socks off everyone with your tale of running for twenty minutes. 😉

Well done 👏👏👏 You got through it and went a bit faster! Amazing. Sometimes I think my longer runs are almost going backwards they are so slow, but do you know what? I don't mind. Yesterday was my second 25 min run and after my usual 🐌 pace I went a bit faster for the last 2 mins. That's a first for me, so next time put the pace at the end not the beginning and you might amaze yourself even more. Keep🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
