Losing fitness

Having graduated in June and continued doing 30 minute runs to end of July, I stopped running and its now been about 30 days since my last run. I like to start running again but not sure how much of the fitness I will lost in 30 days? which included 1 weeks holiday and sporadic walking and the odd 20 minute cycle

Resume running at week 3, two days later do week 4 and so on, good luck.
