After a rather rubbish week 4 I can honestly say I enjoyed week 5. I completed run 3 today, the mental hurdle being worse than the physical one. I ran on the treadmill and kept the same pace throughout. Felt really good and almost like I had more in the tank at the end. Feeling great and looking forward to the next run... 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

So glad to read this. I had a rubbish end to week 4 and I am dreading week 5 but this has made me smile this morning. Good luck for the next week.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Congratulations! I also really surprised myself and enjoyed W5R3! Such a good feeling!

Week 5 is definitely the oasis of calm in the programme.

The grin of achievement should last the whole day. 😁

Be aware that Week 6 is harder than it looks.
