I graduated two weeks ago, but after that run it was clear that the niggly groin injury that I had been nursing in W9 had gotten worse. So I had completely rested and completed various strengthening exercises. It now feels pain free and I feel able to get out for a run in the morning.

The plan is just to go for it! Nice and slow and not get too disappointed if I fail to get to the 30 minute mark.

See you at the finish line!

Ohh - sorry to hear you’ve been injured. I had a week break through injury and have come back very slowly but remember ... very slowly is better than not at all. All the best for your next outing 💪 hope it’s pain free 🤞
