Well me and the belly did it, R1 done 2 more left

So Strava tells me that I did 4.7K which is pretty good I think my belly did 4.8 as its so big. Lol. But I went off way too quickly as the stats show

1 Km 5.32

2Km 6.12

3rd 6.57

4th 6:50

07th 6:43

Average pace 6.26

What can the belly and I do to get that last 300 metres (which seems quite a lot to be honest)

but very pleased furthest run yet.

Don’t worry about that. 90% of people can’t do 5k on graduation. If you go too fast, you risk not completing the run. Wait till after graduation.

It looks like you started a bit fast there which will have made the latter part of the run harder. You are allowed to go slower.

Yep so out of breath hence the middle times slow (plus a hill) I wont be making that mistake again - nice and steady wins the race. Even Michael said start slowly - but did I listen - charging off like a fool - lesson learnt.
