25 min done and dusted. Onwards and upwards. Just under 4 km, so hopefully by the time I get to Week 9 and my final run I'll be fit enough to manage the 5k in 30 minutes. Started the program at 101kg...now down to 96kg. Mind you, pre covid i was 119kg.
