Northumbrian Graduation

After an extended C25K plan due to husbands injury we finally completed it together on Monday whilst away for a few days. The Northumbrian countryside was definitely the best setting so far and made graduation even better! First run without Laura yesterday and although I missed her voice it was quite liberating knowing we were running without her. Personally, I found that as Laura wasn't there to remind me I wasn't thinking so much about how long I had left to run and went with the flow. Added on two minutes yesterday so 4K in 32 mins and target now to get to 5K x 3 per week. Good luck everyone who's starting out on this plan - it's well worth it - you can do it!
