Better than expected!

Well having graduated over two weeks ago I got a bug and was unable to run for a while. Today I felt well enough and although it was pouring down I thought I’d give it a go. I went back to week 6 thinking I’d ease myself back into it but didn’t feel like walking so ran all the time - 24 mins. I could have carried on a bit longer but I was back home and wet through! So next time out I’ll go for the full 30 mins - onwards to that 5k!
