...minutes that is, not k! Well I've neither run, nor been on the forum for three or four weeks because of my nasty knee, but since it has been feeling a bit better over the last few days I thought I'd give a little bit of a run a go. Set out to do just 10 gentle minutes and would stop if there was even a hint of more knee pain coming on. But happily I managed it, though I have to admit, I was ready to stop. Breathing still a mighty issue for me, no matter how slow I go, but hey ho, I'm convinced that if I get back on the horse and start running three times a week again, I'll soon get going. I'm thinking of starting back with the week five runs (w5r3 remains my favourite and most happy run of all - it was my 💡 moment) and go gently from there. Fingers firmly crossed. Sorry not to have been around, but it was a bit soul destroying to see everyone else progressing so well while I felt like a little old lady who should know better 😏

Good to hear you are back. 10 minutes is a great (and sensible) start. I think the great thing about this is that when you've done the programme before, you will approach it with much more confidence. You know you can definitely do it, its just a matter of going gently on your body until you've built up the strength and stamina again. Good luck!
